Sometimes I do not really have time to cook but I don’t like to reach out to an instant meal. On such a day I often decide to create a salad. It’s quick fresh and delicious. The fruit lettuce salad with Brie cheese, is a perfect example.
Brie (/briː/; French: [bʁi]) is a soft cow’s milk cheese named after Brie, the French region from which it originated (roughly corresponding to the modern département of Seine-et-Marne). It is pale in color with a slight grayish tinge under a rind of white mold. The whitish moldy rind is typically eaten, its flavor depending largely upon the ingredients used and its manufacturing environment.Wikipedia[/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row no_margin=”true” padding_top=”0px” padding_bottom=”0px” border=”none” marginless_columns=”true”][vc_column width=”1/2″]
